We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Christian Made. If you encounter any issue with your order, we will do our best to make it right.
We do not accept exchanges. You can return items within 30 days of receipt, and then place a new order for items that you would like the returned items to be replaced with.
To return an item and receive a refund:
You must first receive a return authorization number (RA #). Returns received by Christian Made Co. without an RA # will be refused.
To receive an RA #, contact Christian Made Co. by the email form on the contact page. Once your return is approved, our representative will email you the RA # with return instructions within 2 business days or less.
If your return is not approved, we will respond with a reason for disapproval within 2 business days or less.
Please follow the return instructions in the email you received.
Items being returned to Christian Made Co. must be returned via shipping prepaid by the customer. Ship the return using the carrier of your choice.
We recommend requesting a tracking code and shipping receipt. Christian Made Co. is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
There is no "return label", you will write the address from the email onto the package itself.
Please be sure to send the items to the return address listed in the email.
Returns are generally processed within 2 business days. Please allow up to 10 business days for refund credits to be processed.
Please be aware that:
- Item return claims must be made within 30 days of receipt.
- Items that have been printed on, washed, or altered in any way are not returnable.
- Christian Made Co. does not charge any restocking fees.
- We do not provide return shipping labels for orders that ship to Territories or Military addresses.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Our Guarantee
Our hope is that you will love what you ordered but if something doesn't work out, we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for returns within 30 days from the original shipping date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn/unused and in the same condition that you received it. If any part of your order arrives damaged, please email support@ChristianMadeCo.com with a photo of the damaged items, and we will assist you with your inquiry.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your credit card company/bank account again. Then contact your credit card company/bank account as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. This can take up to 10 business days. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at support@ChristianMadeCo.com.
Shipping
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
International return postage must be paid for by the customer.
You can create a return label at any USPS post office. We have found self-service kiosks to be the easiest way to do this. Because we do not cover the return shipping, it is not recommended to ship from a FedEx or UPS store as they are much more expensive. Please be sure to make your return out to the address below:
